User Rating:  / 7

ISI indexed Journal (Bothalia, from South Africa) is hijacked by cyber criminals

A new ISI indexed Journal (Bothalia; ISSN: 0006-8241) is hijacked by cyber criminals. The legitimate journal publishes in South Africa and this is the first case of journal hijacking in Africa. I should add that no valid link from Thomson Reuters to the authentic website is available (last visit on June.12.2014).

Counterfeit website: http://www.bothalia.com/

Legitimate journal: http://www.abcjournal.org/
