Texas Journal of Science is hijacked

User Rating:  / 3

Texas Journal of Science (ISSN: 0040-4403) was hijacked by a group of cyber-criminals in 2012. The legitimate journal is published by the Texas Academy of Science in the United States. To my knowledge, as of June 1, 2014, this is the only journal that has been hijacked in the United States. I should say that a Valid link from Thomson Reuters to the authentic website is available/or added recently (last visit on June.12.2014).

Additional information:

Legitimate Publisher:  http://www.texasacademyofscience.org

Legitimate journal: http://www.texasacademyofscience.org/Texas_Journal_of_Science

I should add that all of the three counterfeit websites are currently offline (last visit on June.12.2014).
